While it is preferred for someone to be home during the cleaning appointment, it is not mandatory. You have the option to let us in and then leave to run errands, or you can leave a key for us, and we'll ensure to lock up after ourselves. Please be sure to leave any necessary instructions in your booking notes regarding how we can enter the home and lock up.
